Our system allows you to choose the day, the time and the doctor you wish to see.

At this time we only offer a limited number of time slots on line. If you require a different appointment time, please call our office @780.474.6377 and we would be glad to help.
IMPORTANT Details:

If you are using an Indian Affairs or Treaty Card for coverage you cannot book on-line. You must call our receptionists @ 780.474.6377. It takes our office at least 24hrs to get an authorization from Indian Affairs and we require your status card number and valid photo ID to process these authorizations.

If you are using a Social Services Card or Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (ASIH) Card for coverage you cannot book on-line. We must first get an authorization or approval number prior to confirming your appointment time. We require a valid Social Services or AISH card along with valid photo ID. Regular eye exam fees will apply if you are not eligable. You can call our office @ 780.474.6377 prior to booking and we can check your eligability at that time.
